The Inn of the podestà is situated in the village of Castè, a very small medieval small village from the inner part of Liguria to the borders of the Park of Five Lands. The small village is not very distant from sea and La Spezia.

From La Spezia by sea-way you can reach villages of the eastern coast of Liguria (Lerici, Tellaro, Saint Terenzo, Fiascherino, Portovenere and Isola Palmaria).

Driving through the freeway from La Spezia you can quickly catch up any cities of the Versilia (Marine of Mass, Fort of Marbles, Navy of Pietrasanta, Viareggio etc .etc.), of the Gulf of the Tigulio (Framura, Moneglia, Sestri Levante, Lavagna, Chiavari, S.Margherita, Portofino etc .ecc.) or the near cities of art like Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Genoa.
