The Inn of the Podestà was a 1600 luxury house belonged to Sig.ra Zelinda Lazzeri widow Bertonati, she donated to the municipality of Riccò of the Gulf her house, leaving a written memorial where she asked that her house should be used for giving a culture to the children of the village and exactly it came used like school until to first years 50. In the 2005 they have been begun the restructure intense activities as by now the building was degraded.

During the restructure came to the light her ancient portrait that presumes go back approximately at the beginning of the 1800. Today it is possible to admire it in the museum of the Inn withher memorial. Her image constitutes the logo of the "Theatre Coorte Paganini".
